Dr. Di Tian’s major research interests are Chinese phonology and modern Chinese phonetic history research, with a focus on the modern Chinese rhyme book "Xin Kan Yun Lue", "Meng Gu Zi Yun", "Yun Hui" and related rhyme research. During the post-doctoral period in the China Academy of Social Sciences, she was awarded two post-doctoral projects: the sixtieth batch of Chinese Post-doctoral Science Foundation funded project with the title Research on the Sound Relationship of“Meng Gu Zi Yun" and "Xin Kan Yun Lue" (project number is 2016M601215), and the tenth batch of Chinese Postdoctoral Science Fundation specially funded project with the title Research on "Meng Gu Zi Yun" and Modern Mandarin History (project number 2017T100129).
