Eric Haeberli, associate professor of English linguistics at the University of Geneva, previously was a lecturer at the University of Reading and a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania and at the University of York. He is a member of the editorial board of Historical Syntax. His main research interests are syntactic variation and syntactic change.
